DeepSpar Disk Imager: Survey

DeepSpar Data Recovery Systems conducted a satisfaction survey among about 30 professional data recovery companies using the DeepSpar Disk Imager. The following are the results of the survey.

Imaging Speed

With Disk Imaging being one of the critical steps in the 3D Data Recovery Process, the amount of time spent in imaging drives is a key factor in the efficiency of any data recovery company particularly with drives that have many bad sectors.

Question: How much time was the DeepSpar Disk Imager able to save in theimaging process.
Answers: 30% of respondents indicated experiencing a reduction in imagingtime of up to two times. Another 58% indicated that the imager had reduced their imaging time by more than two times with some indicating time saving of more than fourtimes.

Satisfaction
: How well did the speed at which the imager is able to complete the imaging process meet your expectations?
Feedback: 40% of respondents indicated the DeepSpar Disk Imager had “Met” their expectations while another 44% indicated that the DeepSpar Disk Imager had “Exceeded” their expectations.

Handling Degraded/Unstable Drives

One of the challenges in Disk Imaging is retrieving data in complex imaging cases that involve degraded or unstable hard drives and/or hard drives with too many bad sectors.

Question: Compared to other imaging tools you have used before how muchmore often would you say the DeepSpar Disk Imager is able to handle complex imagingcases?
Answers: 32% of respondents indicated that the DeepSpar Disk Imager was able to handle more complex cases between 1.5 to 2 times more often compared to their previous tools. Another 36% indicated that the DeepSpar Disk Imager handled complex disk imaging cases more than twice as often as the other tools.

Satisfaction
: How well did the DeepSpar Disk Imager’s ability to handle complex imaging situations and bad sectors met your expectations.
Feedback: 23% of respondents indicated that the DeepSpar Disk Imager had “Met” their expectations while another 77% indicated that the DeepSpar Disk Imager had “Exceeded” their expectations.

Overall Performance

For our final question, we asked participants to rate how satisfied they are with the overall performance of the DeepSpar Disk Imager. An overwhelming 88% gave it the highest satisfaction rating possible and indicated that they were “Very Satisfied” with the imager’s performance.
